DescriptionThis commercial hot dog steamer cart is designed for table top use. No Servings. Customer must premake hot dogs; 40 hot dog capacity. Item is electrical. 1. Plug into outlet. 2. Turn on. 3. Turn knob all the way to the right. 4. Pour water into bottom pan. 5. HAVE PATIENCE. Will take at least 20 minutes to fully heat up. The more water added, the longer it takes to heat up.
